We had a great night at Herbert Grand. The building has a lot of charm, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the owners were very friendly. They're also renovating a bar/restaurant area, which would be a lovely addition. There were not a lot of amenities (e.g. no tv in the room), but the charm and the value more than made up for it. Highly recommend!
This hotel is old and well maintained. History buffs will love it. There is so much original stuff in here from 1918. It does have window AC units, there are other bits that feel a little aged, but it has so much character. I would definately stay here again.
The hotel is run by a very friendly woman. The house and rooms are beautiful an very clean! Also surrounded by beautiful landscape.
They were very accommodating. We came in @11:00 pm and had the keys waiting for us. It's a very old hotel but well kept. Would stay there again.
Absolutely awesome people and town. Friendly staff. This is an old school hotel. They do not have any special amenities, but offer a room that is well kept and clean. Nostalgic, within a quiet town that appreciates your business.
